	Hello Yannick.  I downloaded the driver and compiled it under NetBSD 1.5R
It works great except that I had to change the line on 583  of emu10k1.c
to:
if (pci_intr_map(ha, &ih)) {

	I'd really like to thank you for making this work, and
so cleanly at that!!  I didn't even have to reboot.

P.S.  One question.
Is there a way to make the driver compile without requiring that you have a build
directory for the GENERIC kernel?
