I have a FIC-503+ v 1.2a motherboard and a Maxtor 30MB
ATA66 UDMA drive and when I try and install NetBSD
using the floppies I keep getting reset errors on my
hard drive. I had the same problem on Linux 2.4.x
until I disabled the DMA in the kernel. Is the a BIOS
update or something I can do to the install disk to
make it so that I can boot and install and then use
NetBSD?
