Not, however, in OpenSSH.
OpenSSH took out the 'none' cipher both because of the fact that it's
just a plain bad idea to offer people options like 'Here, use this
secure encrypted protocol, but disable the security and encryption
please.' and because of a bug, detailed here:

Though you should remember, IT'S A BAD IDEA.
