Tonight I built gv (in pkgsrc/print) and fired it up. It complained it
couldn't find libpng.so.1.

I note in the list archives that this has been a problem with other
packages. A quick 'n dirty symlink to libpng.so.2.0 seemed to do the
trick, but has anyone been able to run this thing to ground?

Iirc this is not the first time this missing-in-action libpng.so.1 has
popped up on this machine, but my creeping senile dementia has
deprived me of recall of when and/or where!
