I have just installed the php-4.0.5 package with php-mysql-4.0.5 from the
latest pkgsrc, but apparantly it does'nt work. I keep getting:

Call to undefined function: mysql_pconnect()

when I access pages that connect to the mysql-database.

I'm not into PHP much, but I know the installation works since I run
squirrelmail too (which uses php-imap).

BTW, the software I'm trying to run in newsdaemon, the thing that powers
http://daily.daemonnews.org/.
