I noticed I have a little problem with IPF, which has been ongoing for
a couple months now. IPF is not logging anything! I now notice 
that if I do ps -aux I see not IPF daemon listed. If I do 
ipfstat -i I get a list of filtering rules back -- but my keepstate
rules for TCP are gone! Any ideas... ?
