OK, this is the problem; there are way to many flags for an ethernet adapter
here. Known but from 1.5 for this driver, should be fixed in 1.5.1.
You can get 1.5.1 sources:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-release-1-5/tar_files/src/

Or if you can wait, 1.5.1 should be released soon.
