Looks like a real modem to me. In the BIOS, just set "Plug 'n Play OS"
to "No", "Reset Assignments" to "Yes", and it should be set up as the
"next" serial port: com1 == tty01 if the motherboard already has one,
or com2 == tty02 if the board already has two.
