Every time I run vmware, it complains about problems trying to lock 
some files.  I wouldn't mind this so much, but one of the files it 
can't lock is the preferences file, so it can't save my option 
selections (including the "don't bother me about this message again" 
flag).  Is there some fix or work-around? I'm running 1.5.1b2.

Btw -- is there a separate mailing list for netbsd-related vmware 
questions?
