My own play ftpd will let you set things like that, from
www.lundman.net/unix but I would not recommend running it in a
production environment, it was just something I worked on as a hobby.
Nor does it read the system /etc/passwd :)

Maybe you should ignore this message entirely, unless you are super
desperate :)
