It's a DSL implementation (not standard...) using soundcards, and
apparantly it runs (and seems to have been developed in part) on NetBSD.

Any NetBSD people out there live within 1km of downtown Brooklyn, have 1km
of twisted pair and a NetBSD box with a sound card?
