Ironically I have 2 DSL lines in my apartment. Don't laugh :)
One of them is using Dynamic IP and the speed is 512/128 (voyager.net)
Second one is 768/128 and using static IP (ameritech.net)
Is there is a way I can utilize these 2  connections , so I would have
faster download/upload speed ? 
Is it possible? Any suggestions? How do I implement this?
