Hi,

<Standard Plea>
I have given up, and you guyz are the last hope...
</End Standrad Plea>

I am running -current on a Dell 5ke, with kde2 installed. While I am
using it, it randomly decides to completely lock up *any* keyboard
input, and at that point, I have no choice but to reboot. I still have
the mouse working, but keyboard is completely dead...

Another bizarre thing I have noticed is, that if you run any daemons
"AFTER" kdm/gdm, you lose all keyboard input at that point. This
happened, after I added the vnware startup-scripts to /etc/rc.d .
However, if I start them (vmware scripts) later it works.

I have racked my head for long time, and I given up....anyone,
someone, please help!

I also found this in the Xfree.0.log
