Just trying to run Quake3 1.27h on my NetBSD i386. The version 1.17 ran
fine (and still does).

1.27h didn't want to run with my old /emul/linux/lib files (libc-2.0.7)
so I moved in a newer set (libc-2.1.3)

But I receive:

Q3 1.27g linux-i386 Dec 18 2000
----- FS_Startup -----
Bad system call - core dumped

The offending line is:

  1148 q3ded CALL open(0x8187960,0,0x1b6)
  1148 q3ded NAMI "./baseq3/md3-bender.pk3"
  1148 q3ded RET open 3
  1148 q3ded CALL [197]
  1148 q3ded PSIG SIGSYS SIG_DFL
  1148 q3ded NAMI "q3ded.core"

I'm not sure what call 197 is, but can I somehow get around it?
signal(SIGSYS, SIG_IGN) ? :)

Thanks for any reply,

Lund
