Ops, sorry I mixed ipf & ntp. I don't think there's a NetBSD advisatory out
for ipf yet.
But then I think you can just update the releavant files in your source tree:
syssrc/sys/netinet: ip_frag.c ip_frag.h ip_nat.c ip_nat.h ip_state.c
