the real KornShell is publicly available (including source)
but IANAL and the AT&T license agreement is a bit, errm, long
and complicated.  Maybe someone could check it out and make
a package out of it... NetBSD ships with the Public Domain KornShell
(pdksh) in its base tree, as /bin/ksh, but it is not fully ksh88
compatible and has only a fraction of the ksh93 functionality.
