The IPX has 2 CG6 frame buffers (1 on-board and 1 extra) and both
have monitors hooked up to them. As I said, the console is NOT the
serial port. I just want to hook up a terminal to the serial port,
but for some strange reason I can't get getty to work. I even tried
mgetty, but it won't send anything to the terminal either, but it
does exit as soon as I press enter on the terminal.
I suspect that this is some sort of weird serial port configuration
problem since minicom can write to the terminal and I can write
from the terminal to minicom just fine. Maybe meddling with stty
will put some sense into it. Why doesn't NetBSD have setserial?
