netbsd-users: Avifile once again

I updated the pkg: http://zuntum.eik.pl/pkgsrc/avifile.tar.gz
so it compiles the most recent avifile... this still does *not* work,
but the patches may help someone who wants to take a look at this.
ktrace says that avifile loops on gettimeofday():

 22933 aviplay  CALL  gettimeofday(0xbfbfd080,0)
 22933 aviplay  RET   gettimeofday 0
 22933 aviplay  CALL  gettimeofday(0xbfbfd080,0)

and so on...
