how to tell netbsd what clockrate is? 
with my 8-port serial everything works fine but i have to enter 4 times
smaller speed that i want, because it have 7.3728Mhz clock (460800 max
speed, not 115200) but netbsd assumes it's 1.843Mhz (115200 max)
