I configured my mad16 card as written in mad (flags 1 etc.). it is
detected but everything else is broken.
playing on it gives process waiting for output until CTRL-C pressed.
this card is partially broken, but i have no problem to use audio in linux
with everything else (midi) disabled.
in netbsd i configured only wss0 and audio0 on wss0
there are no errors in logs
