That's to port 1017, not 80 - and will be the boot code attempting
to mount the filesystem from the NFS server to attempt to fetch
the kernel. Why your server isn't responding isn't revealed in your
trace extracts (you could look at its logs, perhaps some tcpwrapper
filter line is causing the requests to be discarded, or similar).
