I don't believe you would be able to mount the raid partition in any manner
under Linux.  The individual raid partitions on the two mirrored drives are
not in the same format as a regular partition, and Linux would not support
the raid format.

If mounting the partition from Linux directly is a priority I think you
would have to forgo raid altogether.  If Linux was running on another
machine on the same network, however, it would be fairly easy to mount the
partition over NFS.
