There are many versions of the Soundblaster PCI 128 floating arround.
The only completely supported version is the old retail version with
four connectors which is identified by NetBSD like this:

eap0 at pci0 dev 9 function 0: Ensoniq AudioPCI (rev. 0x01)
eap0: interrupting at irq 9

All later AudioPC 97 based version are not fully supported.
