there is the strongarm-based LART: http://www.lart.tudelft.nl/

unfortunately there's no company commercially backing it, so it's pretty
much a DIY [1] project.

[1] that is, if you can get ahold of the six-layer boards somehow and
    have access to surface-mounting equipment.  :)
