A co-worker of mine wanted a soundcard, and after looking through NetBSD
documentation, we purchased a soundblaster ensoniq PCI which we figured
was supported by the eap device.  However, this is what we get on
bootup:

Ensoniq AudioPCI 97 (audio multimedia, revision 0x08) at pci0 dev 17 function 0 not configured

I'm hoping it's just a matter of adding some numbers in a source file
somewhere...  can anybody here tell me how to get this card working?
