Hi,

I'm using nmh-1.0.3, having upgraded recently from 0.87 (or thereabouts.)
I've discovered that whenever I "refile" into a folder that it has to
create, that folder's permissions are set at 274, something which makes
no sense.  My umask is 077, there are no funny Protect statements
in my .mh_profile, and I'm pretty sure I compiled & installed it 
properly.  

Any ideas?
