It appears that this option was deleted around April last year, and
now the functionality is always enabled.  It sounds like the correct
pull-up for 1.4.2 would be the same (pull up rev 1.20 of mfs_vfsops.c).
I haven't tested this so I'm not going to ask for the pull-up.
