I've put together the start of a "how to make a bootable NetBSD cdrom"
document.  Its not complete and probably has some mistakes.  I'd
appreciate any corrections/additions/feedback.  Just send text to me and
I'll fix the document.  An item of particular interest is if anyone has
instructions on how to do this from a windows machine (some people may
have access to fast networks and cd writers on windows only machines).
