SURVEY:
Since the Bay Area is pretty spread out, better planning on the location
may be necessary.  And, potentially, multiple meetings.

For those of you interested in meetings, if you could please send me:
1) what city you live/work in.
2) how far you are willing to travel (we have had people who travel from
both Alameda and Santa Cruz to hit San Jose meetings)
3) what day of the week/week of the month is good for you.

Currently the target is the 3rd Thursday of the month.  If the general
concensus is for the later portion of the month, I'll have the new
date/location for Feb, if its for the beginning of the month, the new
location will be for March.
