Not overly surprising. Are any of your books a 'system administrator's
guide? That would be the type of text likely to cover terminals.

There are BSD books available, but the store doesn't know/care. That's not
an easy thing to change. Asking the store if they have any could be a small
help, because it puts it in their mind to order some next time... :-)
