I'm assuming that if I have a 16550x card that I can just clear that
bit? Or should I invest the time and find an old 8250? I belive all the
ports on the ppro are 16550a/b/c's, but I'm not sure about the equivilent
uarts on the sparcs (zilogs?) or alphas (zilogs, too?).
