I've written (heaviliy borrowing from the freebsd if_sr.c) an ISA
attachment for the Riscom sync serial card.  This required some changes
to the core hd64570 code and to the PCI attachment (if_ntwoc_pci).

I have the ISA card but I don't have the PCI card to test my changes.
If you could help test either the ISA or PCI versions please send me a
note, I would appreciate it. The new code should work under 1.4 or
current.
