I'm wondering if something like:

	if checkforyes nfs_server nfs_client nfs_locking amd; then
		echo -n 'starting nfs daemons:'
	fi
	...

where 'checkforyes' looks for any "yes"s in it's arg list might make
things prettier?  Then we'd need to worry about maintaining that list if
something changed...
