Is it possible that NetBSD is lacking such a leader because of the high
number of ports? It's a lot to ask to have one person who is "technically
familiar" with all of the ports. I don't know the exact story with FreeBSD
and OpenBSD, but any such leader we have will be a different sort to
someone like Linus.
