Using the pppd that comes with NetBSD 1.3.3, is it possible to set up a
machine so that it will try pap first and then ascii user/pass?  Windows
95/98 seems to try to authenticate with pap first, and if it fails it
attempts an ascii style username/password similar to what one would enter in
chat.script.
