The simplest way might be to set an smtp server and a pop server in
Main->Config->Setup. Use the same settings that you currently have in
Navigator, on your Mac. There's a little magic involved in making the
"From:" address come out right. Best if you read
/usr/pkg/share/doc/pine/tech-notes.txt for yourself--especially the
subtitle "Hidden Config Variables and Features.
