After getting your mail, Matthias, I thought that perhaps you had found
the solution!  Unfortunately, these packages do not seem to contain the
olvwm or even the olwm window managers. That's the main reason I want
this software.. well, thanks for the pointers, though.  Perhaps I can
get the rest of the distribution to compile with the now freshly
installed xview libraries and includes.
