Here's a naive question: Can one use a differential SCSI card with
garden variety SCSI scanners, perhaps with some sort of adapter on the
scanner? 

I figure the answer is probably no, but hey, what do I know?

If no, does anyone make scanners that work with differential SCSI?  Is
differential SCSI only used for disks?
