Hello,

I've setup couple of machines to be ntp3 servers (and clients of course) to
bypass company firewall. For some reason servers don't accept ntpdate
queries within first 10 minutes after firing up server daemon.

I have only couple of server lines in my /etc/ntp.conf, maybe I'm missing
something here?
