I got the following messages:

ch0(aic0:3:0): timed out
aic0: reselect from target 3 lun 0 with no nexus; sending ABORT

This was after a "chio ielem", which caused the library to scan all the
tape slots.  The above two messages appeared immediately after it scanned
the last slot.  chio locked up, not responding to ^C, ^Z, or SIGKILL.
It's in state D+.

Anybody know what's wrong?
