Hi,
there is a lot of literature about the topics you itemized. I made the =
experience that books by O'Reilly are not realy expensive and good =
written. There you can find Manuals for
sendmail
nfs
tcp/ip
administrating of unix environments
Their 'Nutshell'-Books are nice to read and to look up.=20
Mybe their are some dokuments in the net which will tell you how to =
manage the administrating (these are priceless). Search for the 'Linux =
documentation project' (LDP) there can be found many documents.

I'm relitively new to the Admin side of Unix, and so far have NetBSD =
installed on two machines
(MicroVAX II and Pentium i386). I was wondering if there exists a =
page/file/what have you that
explains some of the non-installation questions new users and admins =
might have. For instance: PPPd
setup, Telnetd setup (you wouldn't believe how long it took me to figure =
out I had to make the
psuedo-terminals), sendmail setup, DNS server setup, that sort of thing. =
Man can only help so much.
(Whoo - talk about a loaded statement).
