Has anyone had problems when they have got them working ?

My network suffers with an MIO errers on the printer which is the
general catch all for when the connection is lost with the sending
machine this happens with ALL the machines not just unix machines but
Windows machines as well. Had the enginerr in to change the mother
board but the problem remains.

I intend to monitor the trtafic to it with tcpdump and see if I can
spot a pattern, when I have time.
