What YP stuff are you looking for, specifically?  All of it?  It's
in a number of places throughout the source tree.

If you're having problems reaching ftp.NetBSD.ORG, it's probably network
lossage somewhere in the Wonderful World Of The Internet.  You may want to
notify your ISP of the problem.  In the mean time, you might try one of
the NetBSD mirrors...

	ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/BSD/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/

..is a pretty good one.
