netbsd-users: Recognizing a second disk

 All you System Admins. out there...  I have added a second 1gb
 disk to a system running BSD, labeled the disk, can read the
 label on the disk, but cannot newfs the partition.  The error I
 receive is device not configured.   Any suggestions?
