I am new the the NetBSD OS and am seeking some information...
I have a 2nd disk installed that is recognized during system startup as
the following:
Oct 8 11:36:14 balboa /netbsd: ncr0 targ 1 lun 0: <SEAGATE ST51080N
0943> SCSI2 direct fixed
Oct 8 11:36:14 balboa /netbsd: sd1 at scsibus4sd1(ncr0:1:0): asynchronous.
Oct 8 11:36:14 balboa /netbsd: : 1030MB, 4826 cyl, 4 head, 109 sec, 512
bytes/sec
I have created a label in /etc/disktab but when I try to write the label
to the disk with the command:
disklabel -r -w /dev/rsd1 (disktab ID)
I see the following error: Device not configured.
What am I missing here? Any and all suggestions welcome.
Thanks,
Aaron
