I know some people over at PSC (Hi Kev & Andy!) that had a problem 
with it.  Bascially if you don't have a DOS style MBR on the second
hard disk, you lose.  I think that case might be covered in BootEasy's
README.  I seem to remember OS-BS Beta's README being clear on the
subject by comparison tho.
