Subject: Weird mountd between NetBSD-0.9a and NetBSD-1.0

I have a machine that's been running NetBSD-0.9a since about Mar. 1st of
last year. I'm bring up another on 1.0. I can mount exported directories
from the 0.9a machine to the 1.0, but it fails miserably the other way
'round. Is there an incompatability here I'm not aware of? Any ideas?
