A while back, I ported the NAS Heirarchial Network Management System 
(HNMS) to NetBSD/hp300.  I have a version of this package that runs under 
NetBSD on the hp300 and the i386, but cannot distribute it at this 
time.  Subscribe to the hnms-users mailing list:

There will be an announcement sometime in the near future as to the 
availability of a new version of HNMS.  This version likely won't run 
under NetBSD quite yet (it came from a source tree other than mine), but 
since we have quite a few NetBSD/i386 machines around here, I'll probably 
sit down and port it one day...

On a side note, HNMS currently requires Motif 1.2.x for the user 
interface.  Moving the interface to something more available is on the 
todo list for our copious spare time...
