On December 13, J.T. Conklin and Paul Kranenburg became members of the
NetBSD 'core' group.

Both Paul and J.T. have been involved with the NetBSD project for
quite some time, and have contributed large amounts of time and effort
to the project. Paul wrote the shared library implementation we use,
and has worked on many other parts of the system. J.T. has been
working on the libraries and user-land programs in NetBSD, and on the
effort to make NetBSD standards-compliant. Both of them deserve the
recognition that being a member of 'core' implies.

Additionally, as NetBSD grows, it's important to spread out the
administrative load involved in running the project. J.T. and Paul
will be able to help out significantly, in this regard; four more
experienced hands will definitely be useful!
