I did solve the problem. Something wrong in the video card. I did change it
and now it did boot.

I had some problem with the last partition. Did solve it with local Unix
gurus. I did enter

User Cylinders 2857
Bytes/block     512
sectors/track    94
Tracks/sylinder  15

The data scheet of 0664 Model M1H & N1H says the capasity is then
2013716480. Byt if I multibly those numbersm the capacity is more.
So I had to make the last partition smaller with disklabel!

Now it seems to work.

Now I have a question:

I did try to chnage the root passwd - I am gettin error message
crypt(3) not installed. Well I am here in Europe. How do I get the
passwd crypting to work?
